Design and output. Designers use professional PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Pads, KiCad, Eagle, etc. to create circuit diagrams and export them to Gerber file format, which contains all the detailed information required for circuit board manufacturing.

Material preparation. According to the design documents, prepare the basic materials for the PCB board, including selecting suitable boards, determining the number and size of boards, and purchasing the required electronic components.

Manufacturing. This includes the basic manufacturing process of circuit boards, such as cutting (cutting copper-clad boards into suitable sizes for production), inner layer dry film production (transferring inner layer circuit graphics to the PCB board), oxidation treatment, lamination (the process of bonding each layer of circuit into a whole), drilling, hole electroplating, outer layer production (graphics transfer, etching, etc.), surface coating (such as HAL, OSP, chemical Ni/Au, chemical Ag, chemical Sn, etc.).

SMT process. Accurately placing electronic components onto the PCB board is usually accomplished through an automatic SMT machine, with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm.

Welding process. Weld the components through a reflow soldering furnace to ensure that the solder joints are firm and reliable.

Assembly and testing. After welding is completed, assembly is carried out (such as installing the casing, connecting the power supply, etc.) and functional testing, reliability testing, environmental adaptability testing, etc. are carried out to ensure that the performance and quality of the product meet the requirements
